YOUR Why
Our client is looking for a sharp, hands-on HR & Office Manager to lead daily operations, administration, and HR for the firm. As a key advisor to the Managing Partner, you’ll bring strong leadership, a knack for solving problems, and the ability to juggle everything from employee relations to benefits to compliance to the day-to-day of office management - all to keep their firm running smoothly and efficiently.
How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Serve as the HR officer, supporting the firm with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefit programs, and insurance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, filings, etc. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Coordinate and manage service vendors.
Implement office management procedures to enhance productivity.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist managing partner as required.
What YOU Bring
Proven experience in human resources administration.
Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively and strong organizational abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving.
Past experience working with and managing office vendors.
Previous law firm experience is a plus.
Location: Fully onsite in Houston, TX (west of Galleria Mall) - local candidates only!
Compensation: $70k - $75k per year
