YOUR Why

This role's primary focus will be assisting the Identity Management team with user access provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning. You will work with Active Directory groups, users, permissions, file share permissions, and Exchange mailbox permissions. The ideal candidate has worked within the financial industry and has basic Unix or AS400 skills, and is detail-oriented, accurate, and works diligently and with little supervision.

How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days

• Manage a queue of user access provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning tickets.

• Work within stated guidelines and security parameters.

• Create and modify Active Directory groups, users, permissions, file share permissions, and Exchange mailbox permissions.

• Interact and communicate directly with internal clients, providing white glove customer service.

What YOU Bring

• 2-5 years of Identity and Access Management experience.

• Knowledge of Active Directory.

• Understanding of roles and entitlements.

• Understanding of file share structures.

• Detail oriented.

• Excellent customer service.

• Strong written communication.

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.

• IdentityNow and ServiceNow is a plus.

• PowerShell/Bash scripting is a plus

Location: Remote position - someone local to the Denver, CO area is preferred for in-office meetings, as required.

Compensation: $40 per hour; 6 month contract
