The Junior Staff Accountant will be responsible for Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, and posting Accounts Receivable deposits. This is not a high-volume environment, but has a complex entity structure requiring close attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and the ability to keep details straight in your head. This role will also assist with other projects within this small Accounting team as needed.

How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days

• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple entities and multiple accounts.

• Perform all Accounts Payable duties including processing invoices, posting AP payments, setting up and maintaining vendor records, correspond with company & vendors on all AP issues.

• Conduct AR/billing processes related to posting patient-related deposits.

• Manage financial reports, records, and accounts as assigned.

• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations as required.

• Support other projects as required.

What YOU Bring

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a broad range of experience across AP, AR, and the GL.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Experience using NetSuite or a similarly sized ERP system.

• Strong math skills.

• Impeccable attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills - able to prioritize and stay on top of all assigned job duties.

• Strong communication skills, with proven experience communicating with teammates and vendors at different levels of the organization.

• Confidentiality and Integrity.

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred, not required.

Location: Denver, CO - Hyrbid position

Compensation: $65k - $70k per year
