YOUR Why

Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Lead Product Owner who’s ready to take charge of product vision, strategy, and execution. In this key leadership role, you’ll bridge business goals with technical delivery - driving innovation, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring every product decision delivers measurable impact. From shaping roadmaps to refining processes, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding products from concept to launch while fostering collaboration and clarity across the organization.


How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days

  • Serve as the primary liaison across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and rollout of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring key priorities are met.

  • Drive results by proactively managing tasks, tracking progress, and addressing challenges as they arise.

  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and keep teams on track.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams without direct reporting lines, influencing and motivating stakeholders.

  • Apply strong project management skills, leveraging product knowledge to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives effectively.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, creating detailed project plans including timelines, tasks, and budgets.

  • Allocate resources, direct project teams, and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.

  • Track progress, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and implement changes to keep projects aligned with objectives.

  • Serve as the central point of communication for stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, challenges, and solutions.

  • Conduct project closure activities, including evaluating outcomes, documenting lessons learned, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.


What YOU Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.

  • Relevant certifications in SAFe, LPM, or equivalent are a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in product/project management.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to analyze, organize, and execute initiatives that drive digital adoption.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Aha! and Azure DevOps preferred.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features.

  • Ability to organize work, drive execution, and achieve results across multiple initiatives.

  • Effective communication and leadership skills to influence teams without direct reporting lines.


Location: Hybrid position - 3 days per week onsite in the Denver Tech Center

Compensation: 95.00 - 100.00 per hour W2, 6-month contract
