As our client’s Senior Recruiter, you would be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying potential candidates to extending offers, for both technical and non-technical roles across the bank. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical recruiting but a willingness to work on any role that needs to be filled, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in identifying and hiring top-notch professionals.

How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days

• Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle:

  • Post job advertisements.

  • Search Internet and relevant databases.

  • Network and qualify candidates.

  • Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates.

  • Submit and review candidates with the hiring manager.

• Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers' needs.

• Handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.

• Understand and advance the company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

What YOU Bring

• 5+ years of recruiting experience - must have in-house recruiting and technical recruiting experience to be considered.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• Willingness to work with all types of hiring requests.

• Ability to provide a high-touch, excellent candidate experience.

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.

• Experience in Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, and iCIMS is preferred.

Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO (2-3 days per week onsite) - local candidates only

Compensation: 40.00 - 45.00 per hour W2; 6-month contract
