YOUR Why
As our client’s Senior Recruiter, you would be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying potential candidates to extending offers, for both technical and non-technical roles across the bank. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical recruiting but a willingness to work on any role that needs to be filled, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in identifying and hiring top-notch professionals.
How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle:
Post job advertisements.
Search Internet and relevant databases.
Network and qualify candidates.
Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates.
Submit and review candidates with the hiring manager.
Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers' needs.
Handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
Understand and advance the company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
What YOU Bring
5+ years of recruiting experience - must have in-house recruiting and technical recruiting experience to be considered.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Willingness to work with all types of hiring requests.
Ability to provide a high-touch, excellent candidate experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
Experience in Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, and iCIMS is preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO (2-3 days per week onsite) - local candidates only
Compensation: 40.00 - 45.00 per hour W2; 6-month contract
