How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Participate in mass tort industry events.
Gather and deliver mass tort project intel.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, gatekeepers, and Centers of Influence within the mass tort industry sphere.
Collaborate with EVPs of Mass Torts to set appointments and support the sales conversion process until close.
Focus on building new relationships with law firms and other prospects who are not current clients of ARCHER.
Present, promote, and sell services using solution-based sales techniques to existing and prospective customers to address their litigation needs.
Collaborate with operations and client services teams to propose creative solutions to customers that are in line with operational capabilities and strategic growth plans.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive and trusting business advisor relationships with customers to understand, set, and manage expectations.
Drive proactive partnership with company leadership and operations to apprise of and address client issues/complaints.
Coordinate sales effort with client services, operations, and finance to drive effective contracting and seamless sales-to-ops hand-offs to drive the highest levels of customer service delivery.
Provide management with insight into the state of the market, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of company and industry best practices and promotional trends.
Document plans, activities, and opportunities accurately in the CRM system.
Manage proposals, contracts, statements of work/change orders, and other relevant documentation appropriately in the CLM system.
What YOU Bring
3+ years of legal industry-related services sales experience or 3+ years as an attorney in mass tort litigation or PI litigation.
Ability to drive revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business.
Excellent client-facing skills, experience engaging with client teams and presenting to Senior-level attorneys.
Proven interpersonal skills, specifically in client management and B2B sales.
Strong communication and influencing abilities.
Ability to adapt and learn the relevance and potential impact of emerging settlement administration processes and technology improvements
Ability to discern ARCHER’s differentiators vis-à-vis the competition and communicate these to attorneys and paralegals concisely and convincingly.
Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems, collaborate on sales strategies, support other teammates, etc.
Self-starting, quick learner with demonstrated ability to be a strategic and tactical thinker simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Highly organized and efficient at administrative aspects of sales; preferred experience utilizing CRM software and/or contract management software.
Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
Location: Remote position - must in based in AZ, CA, CO, FL, MD, NY, PA, or TX.
Travel requirement: Ability to travel 30-50% of the time for industry events and trade shows.
Compensation: $85k - $95k per year + bonus/commission
