Digital Communications Specialist

In this role, you’ll craft compelling content, manage social platforms, support digital campaigns, and analyze performance. YOUR Why

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Digital Communications Specialist to elevate our client’s brand and advance its business objectives through impactful online engagement. This role supports the organization’s mission by implementing digital and social media strategies that drive awareness and connection across owned, paid, and social platforms. The ideal candidate will lead content planning, production, and distribution while executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and fostering an active online community. Collaboration is key - this role works closely with teams across communications, marketing, design, HR, and more to ensure cohesive, high-quality digital initiatives that reflect the bank’s values and service offerings.


How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days

  • Monitor social media channels for mentions of the company, their product, cooperatives, etc.

  • Maintain web, social media, and targeted email editorial content calendar.

  • Write and publish content on the company’s website, intranet, social media, and targeted email channels.

  • Ensure compliance with bank user guidelines on all digital platforms.

  • Provide guidance and support to the human resources division in marketing the bank as an employer of choice across multiple digital platforms, including social media.

  • Provide guidance and support to the bank’s lines of business in marketing the company as a lender of choice across multiple digital platforms, including social media.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with FCA regulatory requirements.

  • Provide technical advice and support to other teams and divisions regarding the implementation of digital communications strategies.

  • Develop regular reports with quantitative data and qualitative assessments of the effectiveness of digital communications strategies.


What YOU Bring

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Proficiency with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Glassdoor.

  • Hands-on experience using Hootsuite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva for content creation.

  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, engagement, and analytics.

  • Experience managing social media for a company or brand, including writing and creating posts.

  • Knowledge of email marketing and campaign execution.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Portfolio or examples of previous social media work preferred.

  • Experience with Contentstack, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or the agriculture industry is a plus.


Location: Hybrid position - 1-3 days per week onsite in the Denver Tech Center

Compensation: 45.00 - 45.00 per hour W2, 6-month contract
