YOUR Why
In this role, you’ll be the right hand to our client’s CEO & President, anticipating needs, streamlining priorities, and ensuring their time is spent where it matters most. You’ll orchestrate all aspects of the Board of Directors’ meetings in partnership with the Chairman, keeping leadership aligned and on track. Beyond your executive support expertise, you’ll keep the vibrant RiNo office running smoothly, helping leadership create a seamless and productive environment for the entire team.
How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Coordinate all facets of the CEO’s schedule. Includes meeting preparation, contact with internal and external customers, email management, completing expense reports, and booking travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings (such as video conferencing and scheduling) and organize proper room setup as needed, including catering and meeting materials.
Administration of all Board and Committee books, including gathering material and communication.
Adept at interacting with senior executives and Board members as their main point of contact; complete expense reports, travel arrangements, and event coordination for the Board of Directors.
Maintain strict confidentiality of documents and information.
Manage events with thorough planning and research to result in completed assignments of the highest quality.
Serve as the main point of contact for the building management company, order all supplies, and coordinate cleaning schedules with the cleaning company.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial/security regulations/procedures.
What YOU Bring
Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
4+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting C-level executives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Experience with BoardEffect or other Board Management platforms is a plus.
Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses, as well as developing internal processes and procedures, is a plus.
Superb time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Problem-solver, relationship-oriented, driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as a team player
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to embrace change.
Ability to perform responsible and difficult administrative support duties involving the use of independent judgment, personal initiative, and resourcefulness.
Location: Fully onsite based in either the River Art North District
Compensation: $75k - $80k per year
