How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Responsible for onboarding loans onto the FIS Horizon system and processing maintenance requests in accordance with the Federal and State laws and regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
Responsible for participation for affiliate banks, including payments, advances, payoffs, document preparation, and updating the loan system.
Process payoffs, charge-offs, and recovery transactions.
Process loan-related wires for payments/disbursements.
Handle branch inquiries related to loan servicing.
Responsible for specialized tasks such as maintaining and servicing the bank's Freddie Mac portfolio, escrow servicing to include monthly escrow bill payments and annual escrow analysis, and monthly/annual reporting to third parties (Freddie Mac and USDA).
Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
What YOU Bring
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
5+ years of experience in teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid decision-making capabilities.
Strong, professional, and courteous oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to use fingers, hands, and wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, and operating a telephone.
Location: Onsite in the Denver Tech Center for the first 3 months for training and onboarding, then transitions to hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
Compensation: $68k - $85k per year
