Oracle ERP Analyst

As a Senior Oracle ERP Analyst, you aren’t just managing systems - you’re building the technical solutions that empower our client’s mission. By driving high-impact projects and collaborating with dynamic cross-functional teams, you will design and implement the very applications that keep the business moving forward. This is your chance to be a hands-on problem solver, optimizing financial application performance and driving operational excellence where it matters most.

How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days:

  • Create comprehensive design documents, process flows, and supporting documentation for business owners.

  • Ensure successful technical implementation across integration, reporting, and data conversion while adhering to industry standards.

  • Facilitate end-to-end testing phases, address technical defects, and collaborate with developers to validate solutions.

  • Collaborate with vendors and business owners to lead requirement gathering, project communication, and integration testing.

  • Analyze business operations to prioritize requested changes and implement effective system enhancements.

  • Evaluate new software release functionality, gather enhancement requirements, and conduct thorough testing.

  • Develop time and effort estimates for assigned workloads and track actual time worked for accurate reporting.

  • Conduct workflow, data collection, and report analysis associated with assigned systems under supervision, following change control and security standards.

What YOU Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP financials configuration and design.

  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, physician practice, or hospital environment.

  • Experience working on fast-paced system implementation-related projects.

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a proactive willingness to learn new applications and business processes.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently within deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Location: 100% Remote - You can be located anywhere

Compensation: Salary $103-145k -  Depending on Experience
