In this role, you’ll drive the strategy, design, and launch of scalable AI-powered products that streamline operations, fuel growth, and deliver hyper-personalized experiences. All while maintaining the highest standards of compliance in a regulated environment for our client.
How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Define and execute the product roadmap for AI and innovation, aligning with company growth objectives.
Lead the development of scalable, customer-centric products across the mortgage lifecycle—from origination to servicing.
Drive AI initiatives (ML models, automation, NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI) that reduce costs, enhance decision-making, and improve customer experiences.
Partner with engineering, data science, compliance, and operations teams to deliver new solutions quickly and at scale.
Build a repeatable innovation framework to test, pilot, and scale emerging technologies.
Monitor performance metrics, adoption rates, and ROI to iterate on products and ensure measurable business value.
Champion a culture of innovation by guiding cross-functional teams in design thinking, experimentation, and agile product development.
What YOU Bring
7+ years of product management, AI/innovation leadership, or technology strategy experience in fintech, mortgage, or lending services.
Proven track record of developing and scaling digital products from concept to launch.
Deep understanding of AI/ML applications, automation, and emerging fintech technologies.
Strong knowledge of mortgage operations, compliance frameworks, and customer experience best practices.
Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience integrating AI at scale in regulated industries.
Background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or high-growth fintech environments.
Hands-on experience with Agile product development and scaling teams.
Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO. Top remote candidates who are able to travel to Colorado twice a month will be considered.
Compensation: $200k - $250k per year
