In this high-impact role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Agile delivery teams to prioritize, plan, and optimize initiatives that deliver real value to the bank and its customers. How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Manage planning and delivery of key themes, translating objectives and deliverables into Epics, Features, and User Stories. Works with Delivery teams to organize and prioritize work efforts through Planning Increments.
Drive product objectives with business outcomes, success metrics, design thinking, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Craft epics, features, and user stories for the enterprise capability, working directly with the delivery teams to deliver value.
Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate and manage resources and activities, maximizing impact and overall return on investment.
Work across teams to identify, review, and address effectiveness and optimization challenges, and collaborate with leadership to mitigate and resolve risks and issues related to associate engagement, behaviors, knowledge and skills, organizational priorities and dependencies, change, and process improvement challenges.
Interface with key stakeholders to deliver the necessary pieces of our product with time-to-market excellence.
Responsible for understanding the market and farm credit’s niche landscape to maintain competitiveness. Ensures product compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards. Maintains expertise regarding competition, best practices, and benchmarks.
Analyze customer feedback to identify customer successes and frustrations to improve the product and customer experience.
Gather and evaluate data to solve complicated problems rationally through critical thinking, logical reasoning, data analysis, and research.
What YOU Bring
Experience with transformation programs and organizing large efforts into achievable deliverables.
Proven success collaborating with technology, data, and UX teams, and stakeholders to deliver value.
Ability to create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence product backlog based on ROI.
Strategic thinker with experience developing product and service roadmaps.
Strong problem-solving ability - ability to define Epics, Features, and User Stories to effectively communicate the ‘Whys’ and ‘Whats’ across all levels of the bank.
Experience establishing and aligning processes with strategic direction and initiatives.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive change management.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, working toward strategic objectives, delivery plans, and milestone goals, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and conflict management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills to lead teams, build relationships, and collaborate across the organization and with external vendors and other stakeholders.
Highly organized, able to manage deadlines and shifting priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
Location: Hybrid position - 3 days per week onsite in the Denver Tech Center
Compensation: 60.00 per hour W2
