YOUR Why
SymphonicHCM is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with 5+ years of experience in a recruiting agency environment, selling a mix of contract, permanent, executive search, and retained solutions.
The successful candidate has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and closing complex talent solutions deals. To round out SymphonicHCM’s offerings, the candidate ideally brings strong relationships in either Technology or Healthcare Operations. This role is designed for a consultative, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Develop a book of business from scratch through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach with the ultimate goal of meeting and exceeding $1MM revenue and 25% margin annual targets.
Sell full-suite recruiting and strategy solutions, including:
Contract staffing
Permanent placement
Executive search
Retained search engagements
Consulting services
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Conduct high-level discovery conversations with C-suite and senior leadership.
Position-tailored workforce solutions aligned to client hiring strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery.
Build long-term, consultative relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
What YOU Bring
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience within a recruiting agency.
Demonstrated success in selling a mix of contract, permanent, executive, and retained search solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience developing new business while cultivating relationships to encourage ongoing, repeated business - this role is not solely an account management position, and requires strong experience opening new business opportunities.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Track record of partnering closely with recruiting teams on delivery - this is not a full-desk position.
Experience in thoroughly documenting sales activity in a CRM.
Preferred Background:
Strong domain expertise in one of the following:
Technology (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, product)
Healthcare Operations (e.g., business operations, revenue cycle, clinical operations leadership, healthcare administration, and technology etc.)
Established network within the target industry vertical.
Experience selling into small and mid-market organizations.

Location: Remote role with local roots - must be based in Denver, CO
Compensation: Anticipated OTE: $200k per year (base + uncapped comission)
