YOUR Why
Our client is seeking a detail-driven and technically skilled Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst. Reporting to the VP of Financial Reporting, you’ll lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, ensure full compliance with US GAAP & SEC regulations, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams & external auditors. You’ll conduct technical accounting research, help implement new standards, and strengthen SOX compliance through robust internal controls. How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Prepare & review SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, & 8-K.
Ensure timely & accurate reporting in compliance with US GAAP & SEC regulations.
Partner with internal teams & external auditors to support quarterly & annual reporting cycles.
Conduct technical accounting research & prepare position papers.
Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards.
Support internal controls & documentation for SOX compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes.
What YOU Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA preferred.
2+ years of experience in public accounting or SEC reporting.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, & financial reporting standards.
Excellent communication & analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & financial reporting tools.
Location: Remote - based in Mountain time zone (preferably Colorado). Limited travel to the company’s headquarters or out-of-state centers for department & committee meetings is required.
Compensation: $85k - $95k per year
