YOUR Why
In this role, you would work cross-functionally with product owner(s), engineers, key stakeholders, and other designers to enhance our client’s digital customer experience. You should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our client’s product more user-friendly and intuitive to drive product adoption and usage.
How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Strong UI/UX design skills showcasing problem-solving techniques focused on the customer.
Expertise in design software such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
Strong understanding of usability principles, journey mapping techniques, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to support evidence-focused design decisions.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and processes.
Define and execute a customer-centric strategy to focus on the customer experience through user research.
Strong journey mapping experience.
Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs.
Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
Understand product specifications and user psychology.
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
Create personas through user research and data.
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
Work with existing UI Developers to create wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability).
What YOU Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a design-related area of focus, or other relevant discipline such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Thinking, etc.
8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer responsible for wireframes, prototyping, and designs, advocating for customer experience.
Strong Interpersonal and consultative skills – Seeks understanding, excellent listener.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and key stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and able to deliver at an elevated level of accuracy.
Experience working with agile development methodologies.
Strong portfolio showcasing web application projects, detailing your role and process.
Strong portfolio of design projects.
Proven expertise in creating designs that work seamlessly across multiple devices and screen sizes.
Background in project management and research.
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
Expert in Figma.
Some knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript/React is a plus.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Location: Hybrid position - 2-3 days per week onsite in the Denver Tech Center
Compensation: 70.00 - 75.00 per hour W2
