How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing approach to secure new and additional business for our client.
Leverage and maintain relationships with key leaders in the legal community.
Systematic and autonomous outreach to current contacts and new prospective clients through various channels, resulting in the generation of profitable business for our client.
Regularly attend and promote the business at trial lawyer events and seminars.
Independently and actively manage all leads using Salesforce to qualify prospects and guide them through the sales process.
Independently manage sales data acquired through sales efforts using Salesforce.
Educate attorneys in the value of our client’s services to drive case referrals.
Meet or exceed all sales goals set by the Leadership Team.
What YOU Bring
5+ years of experience in the legal sales field, track record of hitting quotas, new business development, and commitment to excellent customer service.
Experience in relationship-based, consultative selling, particularly to medium/large personal injury law firms.
Ability to use various B2B sales techniques, including cold phone calling, lead generation, and office visits, to engage new and existing clients.
Proven history of sourcing new clients.
Proven experience using Salesforce or other CRM for documenting sales activities, tracking leads, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with demonstrated ability to use Excel filters and mail merge functions, and independently build presentation content and slides for clients.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Location: Remote position - ideally based in California, Arizona, Colorado, or Texas, but top candidates from across the U.S. will be considered!
Travel requirement: Ability to travel 35% of the time, with flexibility for periods requiring up to 50% travel, based on business needs.
Compensation: $120k - $130k per year
