As our Talent Operations & Sales Enablement Specialist, YOU play a critical role in supporting SymphonicHCM’s sales and recruiting teams by driving operational excellence throughout the business development and talent acquisition lifecycle. You are the force that keeps everything moving, managing CRM data, optimizing recruiting workflows, coordinating candidate and client communications, preparing marketing and sales materials, and ensuring our team has the tools and resources needed to deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation to successful placement.

How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days


Talent Operations Support (40%):

  • Branding job descriptions.

  • Posting positions on our website and social media platforms.

  • Formatting resumes and preparing candidate profiles.

  • Creating weekly recruiting reports for our clients.

  • Conducting talent market research.

  • Managing CRM updates.

  • Preparing candidate presentation packages.

  • Ensuring recruiting documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Managing the Symphonic Information inbox.

  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintaining candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Performing candidate reference checks when needed.


Sales Enablement (40%):

  • Researching target companies and identifying key decision-makers.

  • Scheduling and helping prepare for client meetings and discovery calls.

  • Preparing proposals, client presentations, and engagement agreements.

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, notes, and opportunity pipelines.

  • Sending, collecting, and aggregating Client Satisfaction Surveys and Testimonials.

  • Assisting with outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Working with the Sales team to create efficiencies in their workflow and day-to-day.

  • Assisting with the preparation of sales collateral.

  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, networking events, and follow-up communications.


Operations & Administrative Support (20%):

  • Coordinating onboarding paperwork and activities for contractors and placements.

  • Assisting with administrative follow-up.

  • Coordinating team meetings and special projects.

  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

WHAT We Are Looking For


  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sales support, customer success, staffing, or business operations.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can’t be afraid to pick up the phone!

  • High attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with the Google Suite.

  • Experience using CRM’s.

  • Comfortable learning new technology platforms quickly.


Preferred Experience:

  • Staffing or recruiting industry experience.

  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience.

  • Marketing or social media experience.

  • Proposal or presentation development.

  • Data reporting and analytics.

  • Process improvement initiatives.

Location: 100% remote, Denver-based

Compensation: $62,000-68,000K DOE + Bonus Opportunity upon KPI Achievement
