In this role, you’ll oversee implementation, client onboarding, and ongoing support of treasury management products and services, ensuring clients experience a smooth, efficient transition from setup through long-term service. You’ll manage a team that works closely with bankers, operations, and technology partners to implement and integrate treasury solutions while maintaining strong operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk management standards. How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
Oversee the onboarding and implementation of treasury management services, including ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay, lockbox services, and online banking platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup, testing, and activation of treasury services.
Serve as an escalation point for complex implementations or service issues.
Ensure high-quality ongoing support for treasury management clients.
Manage, mentor, and develop treasury support and implementation specialists.
Establish team performance metrics and monitor service delivery.
Provide training and guidance on treasury products, processes, and compliance requirements.
Develop and enhance operational procedures related to treasury implementations and support.
Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
Interact with software vendors to handle system or customer support issues.
What YOU Bring
5-10 years of banking experience with treasury management or cash management services. Strong understanding of Treasury Management and banking products, including but not limited to online/mobile banking, RDC, ACH, Wires, and Positive Pay.
Experience managing treasury implementations or onboarding commercial clients.
Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
Project management and organizational abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of banking regulations and operational risk management.
2+ years of team leadership or management experience preferred.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
Location: Onsite for the first 90 days in Denver, CO (in the Denver Tech Center), then transitions to 3 days onsite/2 days remote
Compensation: $95k - $115K per year + 15% bonus
