Astrid's First 120 Days In The Recruiting Industry

Astrid is the newest member of the SymphonicHCM team - she joined as our Account Executive back in January. With a background in tech sales, this is her first time stepping into the world of talent acquisition.

"The past 120 days at SymphonicHCM have been a truly rewarding time of growth, learning, and meaningful connection. I’ve learned to approach each interaction with intention, authenticity, and vulnerability - whether I’m building new relationships or reconnecting with past ones.

One milestone that stands out was finalizing my very first contract. It was a proud moment... not just because it marked progress, but because it reflected trust earned through meaningful conversations and persistence. That contract is now in motion, and I’m actively partnering with our delivery team to help fill the role, which brings the work full circle. Two other contracts are in the final stages of approval, and I’m hopeful we’ll begin recruiting soon.

What’s been especially encouraging is how much of my previous experience in client-facing roles has translated here - understanding the importance of listening closely, tailoring communication styles, and building long-term trust. It’s also reminded me that the work we do at Symphonic goes far beyond filling roles. We’re helping people take the next step in their careers and giving companies the talent they need to thrive."
