She has a unique blend of experience that includes sales, business development, executive recruiting, confidential search, full cycle recruiting, product knowledge, relationship management, and go-to-market execution.


Kellie has been told that she's known for building authentic, long-term relationships based on trust and measurable success. She partners with professionals across all levels and industries (public sector, state and local government, higher-ed, K-12, commercial, non-profit, healthcare, human resources, finance, high tech, and more). Part of her recipe for success is taking the time to understand each organization's culture, goals, and vision.


Kellie values continuous growth, staying ahead of trends, and bringing innovative solutions to candidates and clients. In addition to all areas of technology, she has extensive experience in the ERP and cloud space. Kellie recently completed a Workday® co-sell certification course, equipping her with strong product knowledge. She's also an early adopter of AI-driven tools and strategies, pursuing an AI Generalist certification to further and uniquely enhance her ability to connect the right talent with the right opportunities.


Finally, she is proud of her Louisiana roots, where relationships are built over conversation and trust is earned. Today, from Kellie's base in Denver, she carries that same mindset into everyday engagements, whether with the C-suite, delivery teams, or prospective candidates.
