Meet Ashley Millard

Ashley has nearly a decade of experience in administrative, recruiting, and HR support, primarily within the tech industry. Throughout her career, she's really enjoyed being the person who keeps things organized, brings people together, and helps create a great experience along the way. She's excited to bring that experience to her new role at SymphonicHCM as a Talent Operations and Sales Enablement Specialist, where she gets to combine her love of people, organization, and collaboration in a whole new way.

Outside of work, Ashley's a wife and mom to her son, Makai, who is five and keeps life fun, busy, and never boring! Family is incredibly important to her, and she loves spending time with her husband, son, friends, and extended family whenever they can. She's also a big reader, a foodie who loves discovering new restaurants, and someone who genuinely enjoys hosting everything from casual get-togethers to girls’ nights. Ashley loves good conversation and being around people, but she's equally happy with a cozy night at home and a good book.

Ashley's excited to be starting this new chapter with SymphonicHCM and is looking forward to meeting new people, learning new things, and growing with such a great team!
