Meet Kelly Singer

With eight years of recruiting experience in Denver, Kelly has helped build teams across tech, healthcare, and early-stage startups. She’s worked everywhere from big-name tech brands to small companies building their hiring processes from scratch, specializing in those tricky, niche roles that require a little extra creativity to fill.

Kelly’s approach is simple: keep things transparent, build real relationships, and offer honest support along the way. She loves working closely with candidates to help them navigate the interview process with confidence and land roles they’re genuinely excited about. For hiring teams, she serves as a practical partner to get hiring systems running smoothly, clarify team needs, and bring the right people on board.

Outside of work, Kelly spends as much time outdoors as possible, whether she is snowboarding, camping, hiking, or paddleboarding alongside her sweet German Shepherd. She also loves spending her free time doing anything artistic that she can think of-  painting, sculpting, and crafting are just some of those things!
