Jay comes to SymphonicHCM from years in creative, radio, and voiceover. As our Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, he takes a slightly different approach to recruiting with a unique lens on candidate communication and client service. Jay looks to filter in candidates rather than filtering out, then having a conversation with identified candidates to see if there is a match for both candidate and client, not only making the connection for the position looking to get filled, but how the candidate put forward will affect the clients business in the future.
